50 Ways to Fight Gender Bias

LeanIn.org has a great “program-in-a-box” on gender bias in the workplace.  It’s a useful resource for anyone wanting to learn more about (and be proactive combatting) the ways in which unconscious biases affect teams within office environments.

The program starts with Ice Breaker questions that you or your team can guess at together. Later, you can split into teams and discuss specific instances, what your team might do to address the situation, along with suggestions from LeanIn.org on the effective strategies.
